Right to Join the Union. It is agreed that all employees subject to this Agreement shall have and shall be protected in the exercise of the right, freely and without fear of penalty or reprisal, to join and assist the Union, and the freedom of such employees to assist the Union as provided for in various sections of RCW 41.56.
