Right to Meet Sample Clauses

Right to Meet. If desired, arrangements may be made for a joint meeting with the concerned parties and a representative from the Union, and the Human Resources Employee Relations Department, upon receipt of a letter from either the employee or person in charge stating reasons for dissatisfaction at any time during the compatibility period.
Right to MeetThe employee may, within seven (7) working days of the notification of the charge, call for a meeting with a representative(s) of the College, as determined by the College, for the purpose of providing clarification and specifics of the charge and the opportunity to dispose of the charge without further processing. This meeting shall be held within seven (7) working days of the employee's request.
Right to Meet. The Graduate Worker may request and receive a meeting to discuss the written feedback provided by the Supervisor.

  • Right to Grieve Where an employee feels that she has been aggrieved by a decision of the Employer related to promotion, demotion or transfer, the employee may grieve the decision at Step 3 of the grievance procedure in Article 9 of this Agreement within seven (7) days of being notified of the results.

  • Right to Review TFC reserves the right to review the insurance requirements and to require deletion, revision, and/or modification of particular policy terms, conditions, limitations, or exclusions (except where policy provisions are established by law or regulations that are binding upon TFC, PSP, or the underwriter) on any such policies when deemed necessary and prudent by TFC based upon changes in statutory law, court decisions, or the claims history of the industry and/or of PSP, provided however, such modifications must be commercially available to PSP. TFC shall make an equitable adjustment to the Contract Sum for any additional cost resulting therefrom.
