Right to Monitor Contractor Performance. The SDOH, LDSS, and DHHS shall each have the right, during the Contractor's normal operating hours, and at any other time a Contractor function or activity is being conducted, to monitor and evaluate, through inspection or other means, the Contractor's performance, including, but not limited to, the quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of services provided under this Agreement.

  • Continuity of Service and Performance Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Parties shall continue to provide service and honor all other commitments under this Agreement during the course of a Dispute with respect to all matters not subject to such Dispute.

The Contractor recognizes that the service(s) to be performed under this Contract are vital to the State and must be continued without interruption and that, upon Contract expiration, a successor, either the State or another contractor, may continue them.   • Time for Performance 1.1. The term of this SOW Agreement shall begin on and end on (the “Initial Term”). The Initial Term may be extended as the parties may agree.   • Extent of Services Executive will devote all of his working time, attention and skill to the duties and responsibilities set forth in Section 3.
