Normal Operating Hours. Normal operating hours for Building 5 will be 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If Tenant desires heating and/or air conditioning at other than established hours, Landlord, upon reasonable notice, shall so provide such service at the rate of $35 per hour (subject to reasonable increases from time to time).

There is a commitment to ensuring that all weekend details are covered at all times. All drivers must be willing to work reasonable numbers of weekend details. To ensure that there is adequate coverage of weekend details, the planned roster for these may include all categories of drivers.
