Right to Perform or Award Separate Contracts for Portions of the Work. a. Coordination. The Owner reserves the right to perform portions of the Work related to the Project with its own forces or to award a separate contract or contracts for portions of the Work under the same or similar conditions of the Contract. The Owner will provide for the coordination of the activities by its own forces and that of each separate contractor with the Work of the Contractor. The Contractor shall participate with the Owner and the other separate contractors in reviewing their construction schedules when so directed by the Owner.
