Limitations of Service. When using the Services, you may experience technical or other difficulties. We will attempt to post alerts on our website to notify you of these interruptions in Service. We cannot assume responsibility for any technical or other difficulties or any resulting damages that you may incur. Some of the Services have qualification requirements, and we reserve the right to change the qualifications at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, or your use of the Services, in whole or in part, immediately and at any time without prior notice to you.

Limitations of Service. HP does not provide support for products not supplied by HP unless approved by HP in writing, or for products that Customer does not allow HP to incorporate modifications. Customer or an approved designated contact is responsible for removing any products not eligible for support to allow HP to perform support services. If support services are made more difficult because of such products, HP will charge Customer for the extra work at HP's standard service rates. Unless otherwise specified, this Agreement excludes the provision, return/replacement, and installation by HP of consumables, user replacement parts, maintenance kits, or other consumable items including, but not limited to, accessories, operating supplies, magnetic media, paper, print heads, ribbons, toner, a/c adapters, and batteries. Unless otherwise specified, services do not cover any damage or failure caused by: (i) use of non-HP media, supplies and other products; (ii) site conditions that do not conform to HP's site specifications; (iii) neglect, improper use, fire or water damage, electrical disturbances, transportation by Customer (and in the case of HP Authorized Representatives, by owners or users of the supported system), work or modification by people other than HP employees or HP Authorized Representatives, or other causes beyond HP's control; or (iv) inability of products not manufactured by HP and non-compliant HP products in Customer's supported environment to correctly process, provide or receive date data (i.e., representations for month, day, and year), or the inability of these products to properly exchange date data with any products covered by HP support services. Complete resolution of some problems may be beyond the control of HP and thus outside the scope of these services.

Hardware and Software – In order to use this Service, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible hardware and software as specified by the Bank. The Bank is not responsible for any third party hardware or software you may need to use this Service. Any hardware or software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at the time of download and installation. In addition, you understand and agree you are still subject to the terms and conditions of any agreement you have with any unaffiliated third-party service providers, including, but not limited to your mobile service provider (e.g. Viaero Wireless, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, etc.) or any third-party provider of or marketplace for the Services (e.g. Apple, Inc., Google, Inc. (Android)), and this Agreement does not amend or supersede any of those separate third-party service provider agreements. You understand that such services may provide for fees, charges, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of the Services (e.g. data use charges, etc.), and you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, charges, limitations and restrictions. You agree that only your mobile service provider is responsible for the performance and operation of its products and services, including your mobile device and the mobile service provider’s own network. You agree to resolve any problems with your mobile service provider without involving Bank, Apple, Inc., or Google, Inc. (Android). You must comply with the applicable third party terms when using the Services (e.g. you cannot be in violation of your wireless provider agreement when using the Service).
Limitations of Service. 2.4.1 Telephone numbers can be ported only within TDS TELECOM rate centers or rate districts, which ever is a smaller geographic area, as approved by the State Commission. If geographic number portability is ordered by the FCC or the Commission during the term of this Agreement, the Parties will promptly negotiate any necessary revisions to this appendix to accommodate geographic number portability. In the event the Parties are unable to negotiate such changes within thirty (30) days, either Party may invoke the dispute resolution procedures under this Agreement.
2.4.2 Both Parties recognize that a single Central Office may be used to terminate calls for multiple rate centers. As addressed in 2.7.1 above, neither Party will assign ported numbers to customer premises outside a number’s native rate center or rate district in such a manner as to circumvent FCC rules regarding geographic number portability.

Limitations of Service. 2.3.1 Telephone numbers can be ported only within wireline toll rate centers or rate districts, which ever is a smaller geographic area, as approved by State Commissions.
2.3.2 Parties acknowledge that number portability is technically limited to rate center/rate district boundaries of the incumbent LEC due to rating/routing concerns. Additional boundary limitations, such as the wire center boundaries of the incumbent LEC may be required due to E911 or NPA serving restrictions and/or regulatory decisions.

Limitations of Service. HPE Packaged support services do not cover any damage or failure caused by: • failure or functional limitations of any non-HPE software or product impacting systems receiving HPE Packaged support service; • improper use, site preparation, or site or environmental conditions or other non-compliance with applicable Supporting Material; • modifications or improper system maintenance or calibration not performed by HPE or authorized by HPE; • abuse, neglect, accident, fire or water damage, electrical disturbances, transportation by anyone other than HPE; or other causes beyond HPE’s control; or • malware (e.g. virus, worm, etc.) not introduced by HPE.
