Common use of Right to Perform Other Work Clause in Contracts

Right to Perform Other Work. Owner reserves the right to perform other or additional work at or near the Site with Owner’s Separate Contractors. If such work takes place within or adjacent to the Site, Contractor shall coordinate such work and cooperate with Owner’s Separate Contractors, to carry out the Work with minimal interference and Delay. Contractor and Owner’s Separate Contractors shall place and dispose of materials so as not to interfere with the operations of the other, and shall join the Work with the work of others in an acceptable manner and in proper sequence. In the event of a dispute among Contractor and Owner’s Separate Contractors concerning the order or priority of work, Owner Parties’ decision shall be final.
