Right to put Neon. Sign etc. by Promoter: The Promoter shall be entitled to put or allow its group companies or associate concerns to put neon-sign, sign boards or any other advertisement on the Roof of the Building as the Promoter, may in its sole discretion, think fit and proper and such right shall be excepted and reserved unto the Promoter.
