Right to Refuse Assistance. In addition to the right to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 24 of this Agreement, the City also reserves the right to refuse, terminate, or suspend assistance or accounts to an individual, company, or Subrecipient, if the City believes that conduct or actions violate applicable law, is harmful to the interests of the City of Glendale and its affiliates, or meets the criteria covered under City’s Right to Refuse Assistance Policy. Legal counsel will be consulted before such action is undertaken, unless an emergency exists.

  • Right to Reject Notwithstanding Buyer’s rights pursuant to Sec. 8.5 and save other rights pursuant to this Order, Buyer may reject any goods within 2 months from the delivery if they are materially defective and in Buyer’s reasonable assessment do not allow a commercially reasonable use.
