Right to Request Additional Information. On occasion, the Program Committee may solicit additional information from submitters to ensure that the work reported in an abstract complies with the NYSCF Research Conduct Policy. Failure to reply satisfactorily to a request for additional information constitutes grounds for abstract rejection.
Right to Request Additional Information. During the evaluation process, the City reserves the right, where it may serve the City's best interest, to request additional information or clarifications from proposers, or to allow corrections of errors or omissions. At the discretion of the City, firms submitting proposals may be requested to make oral presentations as part of the evaluation process.
