Right to Speak at Meetings. 1. Upon request, of at least one week in advance, a Council representative will be allowed up to ten (10) minutes to speak at the conclusion of any faculty meeting. If one-week advanced notice cannot be provided, the Council representative will be allowed at least five (5) minutes to speak at the conclusion of any faculty meeting. 2. Upon prior request, the Council's local representative (GPEA President) will be provided thirty (30) minutes during any District-wide Inservice meeting.
