Right to Use School Equipment Sample Clauses

Right to Use School Equipment. The Association may use Board typewriters, calculators, duplicating machines, audio-visual equipment, technology equipment, and amplifying equipment; provided, however, all such equipment is not in use for educational or community purposes as determined by the building principal. The Association agrees to pay the cost of any materials or supplies used, and to indemnify the Board from any damage or cost of repair arising out of Association use.

Right to Use School Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment i.e., copy machines, all current technological equipment at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay for the reasonable costs of all materials and supplies incident to such use. Application for permission shall be in writing from an Association authorized representative.
