Rights and Duties of Landlord. Landlord shall maintain the Common Area, establish and enforce reasonable rules and regulations therefor, close any of the Common Area to whatever extent required in Landlord’s opinion to prevent a dedication of or the accrual of any rights of any person or of the public to the Common Area, close temporarily any of the Common Area for maintenance purposes, and make changes to the Common Area including changes in the location of driveways, entrances, exits, vehicular parking spaces, parking area, the designation of area for the exclusive use of others, the direction of the flow of traffic or construction of additional buildings thereupon, in a manner Landlord deems proper in its opinion,. Tenant hereby acknowledges that Landlord is under no obligation to provide security for the Common Area but may do so at its option as a Common Area Cost.

Tenant hereby acknowledges that Landlord is under no obligation to provide security for the Common Area but may do so at its option as a Common Area Cost.
