Rights and Obligations of the Vendor. 2.1 The Vendor must create an account in order to use some of the features offered by MEDEX, including without limitation to claim its business listing on the Website. Use of any personal information provided by the Vendor during the account creation process is governed by the Privacy Policy. The Vendor must keep its password confidential and is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of its account, all changes and updates submitted through the Vendor’s account, and all activities that occur in connection with its account.
