Rights in incomplete products. In the event the Contract is terminated, all finished or unfinished documents, data, reports, or other materials prepared by the Contractor under this Contract shall, at the option of DNR, become DNR’s property and the Contractor shall be entitled to receive just and equitable compensation for any satisfactory work completed on such documents and other material.
