Professional Practices Sample Clauses
Professional Practices. All professional services to be provided by Consultant pursuant to this Agreement shall be provided by personnel experienced in their respective fields and in a manner consistent with the standards of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by professional consultants in similar fields and circumstances in accordance with sound professional practices. Consultant also warrants that it is familiar with all laws that may affect its performance of this Agreement and shall advise City of any changes in any laws that may affect Consultant’s performance of this Agreement.
Professional Practices. All Work provided pursuant to this Agreement shall be provide in a manner consistent with the standards of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by professionals in similar fields and circumstances in accordance with sound professional practices.

The Consultant shall at all times observe and comply with all such laws and regulations. Officers and employees shall not be liable at law or in equity occurring by failure of the Consultant to comply with this section.
Professional Practices. 1. Observes school policies and regulations, district philosophy and objectives both within and outside the classroom and complies with State and Federal regulations.
2. Observes the professional code of ethics.
3. Uses correct spelling and grammar, legible handwriting, and proper writing form.
4. Handles information and records in a discreet manner.
5. Follows the chain of command when discussing areas of professional concern.
6. Accepts change in a positive, professional manner.
7. Uses tact and honesty in interactions with colleagues, students, and parents.
8. Is prompt in all areas of responsibility.
9. Is able to solve professionally-related problems independently.
10. Performs according to guidelines activities for stipend and non-stipend co-curricular activities.
11. Maintains regular attendance.
Professional Practices. The parties are committed to the development of staff professional practices as it is believed that the pursuit of an excellent teaching and learning program and a positive and dynamic school environment is best attained by staff who both value and who have opportunities for professional growth. The parties have a shared commitment to provide a nurturing working environment in which staff embrace the School's pastoral care program and value and engage in performance review and professional learning activities. It is recognised that a commitment to the improvement of professional practice necessitates a time commitment and the active involvement of all staff.
Professional Practices. The College and the Education Assistants agree to safeguard and improve the quality and productivity of services by regularly reviewing work practices and by the shared responsibility for upgrading the professional skills and knowledge of the employees.
Professional Practices. 3.11.1. All Technology Services to be provided by SCN pursuant to this Agreement shall be provided by personnel experienced in their respective fields and in a manner consistent with the standards of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by professional contractors providing similar services to the convention and meeting industry and which reflect current trends and technologies in that industry. SCN warrants that it is familiar with all Laws that may affect its performance of this Agreement and shall advise ANAHEIM of any changes in any Laws that may materially and adversely affect SCN’s performance hereunder. Failure to comply with these provisions shall constitute a material breach for purposes of Section 3.19.3 of this Agreement and shall be subject to the notice and cure periods set forth therein.
3.11.2. SCN assumes responsibility for any and all negligence, errors or omissions that SCN commits and any and all such negligence, errors or omissions committed by a subcontractor of SCN in performance of this Agreement.
