Professional Practices. All professional services to be provided by Consultant pursuant to this Agreement shall be provided by personnel experienced in their respective fields and in a manner consistent with the standards of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by professional consultants in similar fields and circumstances in accordance with sound professional practices. Consultant also warrants that it is familiar with all laws that may affect its performance of this Agreement and shall advise City of any changes in any laws that may affect Consultant’s performance of this Agreement.

Follows the chain of command when discussing areas of professional concern. 6. Accepts change in a positive, professional manner. 7. Uses tact and honesty in interactions with colleagues, students, and parents. 8. Is prompt in all areas of responsibility. 9. Is able to solve professionally-related problems independently. 10. Performs according to guidelines activities for stipend and non-stipend co-curricular activities. 11. Maintains regular attendance.

Professional Practices. The parties are committed to the development of staff professional practices as it is believed that the pursuit of an excellent teaching and learning program and a positive and dynamic school environment is best attained by staff who both value and who have opportunities for professional growth. The parties have a shared commitment to provide a nurturing working environment in which staff embrace the School's pastoral care program and value and engage in performance review and professional learning activities. It is recognised that a commitment to the improvement of professional practice necessitates a time commitment and the active involvement of all staff.
Professional Practices. (1) The parties recognise that there is a wide range of responsibilities included in the profession of teaching. (a) The parties recognise and acknowledge that in addressing the fair and reasonable participation of teachers in the life of the College: (b) Much of the life and culture of the College is derived from College activities involving teachers and students and conducted outside regular classroom contact; (c) The significant contributions of teachers to the life and values of the College need to be recognised; (d) There will continue to be consultation between the College and teachers in the development of, and allocation of teachers to, all co-curricular activities conducted by the College; (e) The competence, skills and qualifications of teachers, including part-time teachers, will continue to be considered in the planning and allocation of responsibility for activities conducted by the College; (f) A program of co-curricular and community activities appropriate to the educational and social context of the Association will be developed and implemented with the active participation and support of teachers; (g) The Principal will consult with teachers in the development of this program, and will be authorised to approve the program within Association parameters related to the number, type, content and duration of activities and the ways in which teachers are involved in their delivery; (h) The College will resource co-curricular activities appropriately to enable it to meet its obligations under this enterprise agreement.
Professional Practices. 3.11.1. All Technology Services to be provided by SCN pursuant to this Agreement shall be provided by personnel experienced in their respective fields and in a manner consistent with the standards of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by professional contractors providing similar services to the convention and meeting industry and which reflect current trends and technologies in that industry. SCN warrants that it is familiar with all Laws that may affect its performance of this Agreement and shall advise ANAHEIM of any changes in any Laws that may materially and adversely affect SCN’s performance hereunder. Failure to comply with these provisions shall constitute a material breach for purposes of Section 3.19.3 of this Agreement and shall be subject to the notice and cure periods set forth therein. 3.11.2. SCN assumes responsibility for any and all negligence, errors or omissions that SCN commits and any and all such negligence, errors or omissions committed by a subcontractor of SCN in performance of this Agreement.
