RIGHTS OF ASSOCIATION-DEDUCTIONS. Section 1 There shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint, or coercion by the District, the Association, or their respective agents against any teacher because of membership or non- membership in the Association. The services of the Association in the capacity of bargaining agent will be available to all professional employees in the Unit covered by this Agreement who are eligible for membership. Although membership in the Association is encouraged, no professional employee shall be required to join the Association to obtain such services.
