Common use of RIGHTS OF ASSOCIATION UNDER REOPENER Clause in Contracts

RIGHTS OF ASSOCIATION UNDER REOPENER. If a scheduled reopener occurs and an agreement cannot be reached on the items, the dispute process of this contract shall be used to settle the differences. If an agreement cannot be reached after the duration of the time limits in the negotiated process and the impasse procedure, then the Association will have the right to withhold its services in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 4117.
