Common use of Rights of Company Clause in Contracts

Rights of Company. The Company shall have the right to access the Property, enter the Property, and allow all parties associated with the Project to be on the Property throughout the Term. The Company may make use of the Property as is reasonably necessary, including bringing equipment onto the Property, bringing temporary sets onto the Property, or other non- structural changes to the Property as needed for the Project. The Company shall have the right, but shall not be obligated, to use any photographs [or film] obtained of the Property. The Company shall not make any alterations or modifications to the Property that will result in permanent changes to the Property. Any installations, modifications, or other construction that will alter the Property shall only be completed upon the express written consent of the Owner.
