Rights of Complainant or Grievant. The lodging and resolving of grievances shall be the right of each bargaining unit member acting on his/her own behalf and the Association acting on the behalf of a member or members. However, the resolution of any complaint or grievance shall not be inconsistent with the terms of this Contract.
