Rights of Data Subjects. a. The Parties agree that, as between them, Institution and Investigator are best able to manage requests from data subjects for access, amendment, transfer, blocking, or deletion of Personal Data. In the event SPONSOR receives a request from a data subject for such access, amendment, transfer, blocking, or deletion, SPONSOR shall forward the request to Institution and Investigator.
