Correction, Blocking and Deletion. To the extent Merchant, in its use of the Services, does not have the ability to correct, amend, block or delete Customer Data, as required by Data Protection Requirements, Braintree shall comply with any commercially reasonable request by Merchant to facilitate such actions to the extent Braintree is legally permitted to do so. To the extent legally permitted, Merchant shall be responsible for any costs arising from Braintree’s provision of such assistance.
Correction, Blocking and Deletion. Provider shall comply with any commercially reasonable request by Client to correct, amend, block or delete Client Personal Data, as required by Data Protection Laws, to the extent Provider is legally permitted to do so.

To the extent You, in Your use of the Service, do not have the ability to correct, amend, block or delete Personal Data, as required by Data Protection Laws and Regulations, Conga shall comply with any commercially reasonable request by You to facilitate such actions to the extent Conga is legally permitted to do so. To the extent legally permitted, You shall be responsible for any costs arising from Conga’s provision of such assistance.

To the extent Customer, in its use of the Services, does not have the ability to locate, correct, amend, restrict, copy, block, or delete Personal Data, as may be required by Data Protection Laws and Regulations, Salesloft shall comply with any commercially reasonable request by Customer (including by appropriate technical and organizational measures) to assist such actions to the extent Salesloft is legally permitted to do so and required by Data Protection Laws and Regulations. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from Salesloft’s provision of such assistance.

To the extent Customer, in its use of the Campaign Monitor Services, does not have the ability to correct, amend, block or delete Personal Data, as required by Data Protection Laws, Campaign Monitor shall (at Customer's expense) comply with any commercially reasonable request by Customer to facilitate such actions to the extent Campaign Monitor is legally permitted to do so.

To the extent Merchant, in its use of the PayPal services, does not have the ability to correct, amend, block or delete Customer Data, as required by Data Protection Laws, PayPal shall comply with any commercially reasonable request by Merchant to facilitate such actions to the extent PayPal is legally permitted to do so. To the extent legally permitted, Merchant shall be responsible for any costs arising from PayPal’s provision of such assistance.
Correction, Blocking and Deletion. To the extent Subscriber, in its use of the Services, does not have the ability to correct, amend, block, transfer, or delete Personal Data as required by Data Protection Laws and Regulations, Domo will comply with any commercially reasonable request by Subscriber to facilitate such actions to the extent Domo is legally permitted to do so. To the extent legally permitted, Subscriber will be responsible for any costs arising from Domo’s provision of such assistance.
Correction, Blocking and Deletion. To the extent Data Controller does not have the ability to correct, amend, block or delete Personal Data, as required by Data Protection Laws and Regulations, Data Processor will comply with any commercially reasonable request by Data Controller to facilitate such actions to the extent Data Processor is legally permitted to do so. Data Controller is responsible for any costs arising from Data Processor’s assistance.
Correction, Blocking and Deletion. To the extent Customer does not have the ability to correct, amend, block, or delete Personal Data, as required by Data Protection Laws, Jamf will comply with any commercially reasonable request by Customer to facilitate such actions and provide such other assistance in relation to rights of Data Subjects to the extent Jamf is legally required to do so. Customer is responsible for any costs arising from Jamf’s assistance to the extent any such assistance exceeds the scope of Jamf’s obligations under Data Protection Laws and/or standard technical support.
