Common use of Rights of Data Subjects Clause in Contracts

Rights of Data Subjects. Processor will, to the extent legally permitted, promptly notify Customer if Processor receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject's right of access, right to rectification, restriction of processing, right to be forgotten, data portability, objection to the processing, right to opt out of the sale of their personal information, or right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making. Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Processor shall assist Customer by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to the Data Subject’s request.
