Rights of Every Owner. Every Owner, his tenants, servants, agents, invitees and licensees shall have the full right and liberty (in common with the Manager and others having like rights) to go pass and xxxxxx over and along and to use the Development Common Areas and Facilities for all purposes connected with the proper use and enjoyment of the same.
