Rights of Inspection and Inquiry. The Recipient shall keep and maintain all records, in- voices and other documents relating to the Project and the Grant in a manner consistent with GAAP, and keep them available for review by Ontario and its agents or authorized representatives, including the Auditor General of Ontario, during the Term and for a period of seven years thereafter.

The Borrower shall keep and maintain all records, invoices and other documents relating to the Loan in a manner consistent with GAAP and clerical practices, and, upon reasonable prior notice, keep them available for review by the Lender and its agents and authorized representatives including, but not limited to, the Auditor General, during the Term and for a period of seven (7) years thereafter;
