Rights of Teachers/Licensed Professionals. A. Conformance with Law Nothing contained herein shall be construed to deny any teacher/licensed professional their rights under the Constitution and laws of the United States and the State of Oregon provided such rights shall be exercised consistent with the teacher/licensed professional's obligations as an employee of the District.
