Rights of the Agents to take proceedings outside England Clause 14.2 (English courts) is for the benefit of the Agents only. As a result, nothing in this Clause 14 (Law and jurisdiction) prevents the Agents from taking proceedings relating to a Dispute ("Proceedings") in any other courts with jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by law, the Agents may take concurrent Proceedings in any number of jurisdictions.
