Common use of Rights of the Company Clause in Contracts

Rights of the Company. Each Originator hereby authorizes the Company and the Servicer to take any and all steps in such Originator’s name necessary or desirable, in their respective determination, to collect all amounts due under any and all Receivables sold, contributed or otherwise conveyed or purported to be conveyed by it hereunder, including, without limitation, endorsing the name of such Originator on checks and other instruments representing Collections and enforcing such Receivables and the provisions of the related Contracts that concern payment and/or enforcement of rights to payment.

Rights of the Company. Each Originator hereby authorizes the Company and the Servicer or their respective designees to take any and all steps in such Originator’s 's name necessary or desirable, in their respective determination, to collect all amounts due under any and all Receivables sold, contributed or otherwise conveyed or purported to be conveyed by it hereunderand Related Rights, including, without limitation, endorsing the such Originator's name of such Originator on checks and other instruments representing Collections and enforcing such Receivables and the provisions of the related Contracts that concern payment and/or enforcement of rights to payment.

Each Originator hereby authorizes the Company and the Servicer to take any and all steps in such Originator’s name necessary or desirable, in their respective determination, to collect all amounts due under any and all Receivables sold, contributed or otherwise conveyed sold or purported to be conveyed sold by it hereunder, including, without limitation, if a Purchase Termination Event exists, endorsing the name of such Originator on checks and other instruments representing Seller Collections and enforcing such Receivables and the provisions of the related Contracts that concern payment and/or enforcement of rights to payment.
