Rights of the NIMS Insurer. Each of the rights of the NIMS Insurer, if any, set forth in this Agreement shall be in effect only so long as any NIM Securities are issued and remain outstanding or the NIMS Insurer, if any, is owed amounts in respect of its guarantee of payment on such NIM Securities.
