Common use of Rights of the Representative Clause in Contracts

Rights of the Representative. The Representative shall be an authorized representative of Ilios with the right to solicit the sale of Ilios products and services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and/or to buy and resell such Ilios products as, under the terms of this Agreement, may be offered by Ilios from time to time.
