Rights Reserved by Owner. The Owner reserves to itself, and to its successors and assigns, and any transferee therefrom, all rights accruing from its ownership of the Lands (including the Lands), including the right to engage in, or permit or invite others to engage in, all uses of the Lands that are not expressly prohibited in this Agreement and are not inconsistent with the purpose and terms of this Agreement.
