Rights Reserved to Nuventive. All rights not granted to Licensee in this Agreement are expressly reserved to Nuventive. Licensee hereby recognizes that Nuventive retains all Intellectual Property Rights in the Software Products, Documentation and Nuventive Confidential Information, including without limitation, all corrections, modifications and other derivative works to the Software Products. Licensee hereby assigns to Nuventive all Intellectual Property Rights it may now or hereafter possess in the Software Products, Documentation and Nuventive Confidential Information, and all derivative works thereof and agrees (i) to execute all documents, and take all actions, that may be necessary to confirm such rights, and (ii) to retain all proprietary marks, legends and patent and copyright notices that appear on the Software Products, Documentation and Nuventive Confidential Information provided or delivered to Licensee by Nuventive and all whole or partial copies thereof.

  • RIGHTS RESERVED BY LANDLORD (A) In general Landlord reserves full control over the property to the extent not inconsistent with tenant's quiet enjoyment, use, and access to the premises as expressly provided in this lease. Possession of areas necessary for utilities, services, safety, and operation of the property, including the systems and equipment (as defined in article XXVI), fire stairways, perimeter walls, space between the finished ceiling of the premises and the slab of the floor or roof of the property thereabove, and the use thereof, together with the right to install, maintain, operate, repair, and replace the systems and equipment, including any of the same in, through, under, or above the premises in locations that will not materially interfere with tenant's use of the premises, are hereby excepted and reserved to landlord, and not demised to tenant. (B) Changes in property Landlord reserves the following rights: (1) To change the name or street address of the property; (2) To install and maintain signs on the exterior and interior of the property; (3) To prescribe the location and style of the suite number and identification sign or lettering for the premises occupied by the tenant (which shall be prepared and installed by landlord at tenant's expense); (4) To retain at all times, and use in appropriate instances, keys to all doors within and into the premises; (5) To grant to any person the right to conduct any business or render any service at the property, whether or not it is the same or similar to the use permitted tenant by this lease; (6) To have access for landlord and other tenants of the property to any mail deposits located on the premises according to the rules of the United States Postal Service; (7) To grant easements and licenses to others; and (8) To maintain or create ownership interests in the property separate from fee title to the land underlying the same. These rights apply provided that all of the actions permitted of landlord under this paragraph (B) shall be exercised in a reasonable, nondiscriminatory fashion and in a manner that will not unduly interfere with tenant's use or enjoyment of the premises.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK

  • File Management and Record Retention relating to CRF Eligible Persons or Households Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied. a. Contents of File: Each file must contain sufficient and legible documentation. Documents must be secured within the file and must be organized systematically.

  • Exceptional Access to Thick Registration Data In case of a registrar failure, deaccreditation, court order, etc. that prompts the temporary or definitive transfer of its domain names to another registrar, at the request of ICANN, Registry Operator will provide ICANN with up-­‐to-­‐date data for the domain names of the losing registrar. The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow. The file will only contain data related to the domain names of the losing registrar. Registry Operator will provide the data as soon as commercially practicable, but in no event later than five (5) calendar days following ICANN’s request. Unless otherwise agreed by Registry Operator and ICANN, the file will be made available for download by ICANN in the same manner as the data specified in Section 3.1 of this Specification.
