Rights Reserved to the Port. Tenant acknowledges that Xxxxxx’s right to utilize the Property shall at all times be subject to the Port’s reserved rights described, and subject to the limitations set forth, in ARTICLE 22 and Section 26.8, but the Port’s reserved rights shall only be exercised in accordance with Legal Requirements applicable to Tenant's use and operations of the Premises and with Tenant’s reasonable security and safety protocols.
