Common use of Rights to Leases Clause in Contracts

Rights to Leases. The rights with respect to each Lease included in the Related Assets for such Container either (x) are assignable without the consent of the related Lessee or any other Person other than consents that will have been obtained on or before the related transfer date, or (y) are subject to a one hundred percent (100%) participation interest in favor of the Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Lenders;

Rights to Leases. The rights with respect to each Lease included in the Related Assets for such Container either (x) are assignable without the consent of the related Lessee or any other Person other than consents that will have been obtained on or before the related transfer date, or (y) are subject to a one hundred percent (100%) participation interest in favor of the Administrative Agent, on behalf of the LendersLender;

The rights with respect to each Lease included in the Related Assets for such Eligible Container are either (xi) are assignable without the consent of the related Lessee or any other Person other than or subject to consents that will have been obtained on or before the related transfer date, Drawdown Date or any later date that any Eligible Container is added or substituted pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents or (yii) are subject to a one hundred percent (100%) participation interest in favor of the Administrative Collateral Agent, on behalf of the Lenders;

The rights with respect to each Lease included in the Related Assets for such Eligible Container are either (xi) are assignable without the consent of the related Lessee or any other Person other than or subject to consents that will have been obtained on or before the related transfer date, Closing Date or any later date that any Eligible Container is added or substituted pursuant to the definition of “Eligible Container” or (yii) are subject to a one hundred percent (100%) participation interest in favor of the Administrative Agent or Collateral Agent, on behalf of the Lenders;
