Software Changes. RingCentral may from time to time push software updates and patches directly to Customer’s device(s) for installation and Customer consents, and will cause its End Users to consent, to allow RingCentral to push software updates and patches and will not prevent, and will cause its End Users not to prevent, RingCentral from doing so. Customer must implement promptly all fixes, updates, upgrades and replacements of software and third-party software that may be provided by RingCentral. RingCentral will not be liable for inoperability of the Services or any other Services failures due to failure of Customer to timely implement the required changes.
Software Changes. 13.1 Corvis will furnish to Customer preliminary planning information and documentation for new releases of the Software. Such information will be provided at no charge to Customer. New generally available releases of the Software may be licensed by Customer at Corvis' then-current standard license fees, except to the extent such releases are included in the Maintenance and Support Services then in effect pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
13.2 Software licensed to Customer under this Agreement may contain supplemental optional features or enhancements that are separately priced. Customer agrees not to activate such optional feature or enhancements without written authorization from Corvis and Customer's payment of the appropriate license fees. If, in spite of Customer's best efforts to comply with this restriction, such features are activated, Customer agrees to so notify Corvis promptly and to pay Corvis the license fees for the activated features as well as the reasonable cost of money not exceeding the prime rate of interest for the period in which such features were activated. Corvis will have the right to audit Customer's usage of Corvis Equipment and Software to assure compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
Software Changes. Windward reserves the right, from time to time, to add, change or discontinue Software upon giving one hundred and twenty (120) days’ notice to Licensee. If a Software product is discontinued, Licensee may continue to distribute the discontinued Software product for the remaining Term, but Windward shall not be obligated to provide Services for the discontinued Software product beyond the 12-month period beginning after the end of the 120-day notice period.
Software Changes. 12.1 Software Upgrades will be provided by Seller at no charge to Buyer during the Software Warranty Period.
12.2 Software Enhancement license fees shall be quoted by Seller at Buyer's request and assume that Buyer's System is operating on Software at the same level of maintainability as set forth in Section 12.4. Otherwise, retrofitting features from a new Software Release onto Buyer's System shall be considered and quoted by Seller on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, future Hardware purchases may require the support of a then-current Software Release. Buyer acknowledges that any Software Enhancement may require the purchase of additional Hardware by Buyer.
12.3 In the event the Seller at any time issues a Software Upgrade which is combined with any Software Enhancement (collectively the "Software Combined Release") to such Software, the Software Combined Release will be quoted by Seller at Buyer's request.
12.4 If Buyer elects to remain on a prior Software Release, Seller's sole obligation hereunder shall be to make available maintenance for the Software for the previous two consecutive releases from the then-current, Seller-numbered release (i.e., numbered Software Release).
12.5 Buyer further acknowledges that the proper operation of the Equipment and/or the availability of certain Optional Features is dependent upon having the appropriate Software Release installed, as applicable, to the Switch, BSC and/or BTS Equipment.
Software Changes. Sideware may make changes to the Software as Sideware deems necessary or advisable without advance notice to Distributor, except that Sideware shall give the Distributor at least thirty (30) days written notice before discontinuing the sale or distribution of the Software pursuant to this Agreement.

Software Changes. WSI reserves the right at any time not to release or to discontinue release of any Software and to alter features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the Software without any notice to you.
Software Changes. Apryse reserves the right, from time to time, to add, change or discontinue Software upon giving one hundred and twenty (120) days’ notice to Licensee. If a Software product is discontinued, Licensee may continue to distribute the discontinued Software product for the remaining Term, but Apryse shall not be obligated to provide Services for the discontinued Software product beyond the 12-month period beginning after the end of the 120-day notice period.
Software Changes. The Management Company shall provide, at AF-CH-HH Group’s sole cost and expense, any software changes that the Management Company deems necessary, in its reasonable discretion, for purposes of upholding the billing and coding specifications required by CMS, the applicable state department of medical assistance or any applicable insurance provider or third party payor. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, the Management Company agrees to back up data collected and stored on the AF-CH-HH Group’s behalf at regular intervals in order to preserve data and system integrity and to regularly store appropriate backups offsite.
