RISK FACTOR. By accepting this Award, the Brazilian Holder hereby represents and acknowledges that investment in Stock of the Company’s common stock involves a degree of risk. If the Brazilian Holder elects to participate in the Plan, the Brazilian Holder should monitor their participation and consider all risk factors relevant to the vesting or delivery of Stock of the Company’s common stock under the Plan as set in this Agreement.
