Stock Plan Administration and Service Providers. The Company may transfer the Grantee’s data to one or more third party stock plan service providers based in the United States (“U.S.”), which may assist the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. Such service provider(s) may open an account for the Grantee to receive and trade Shares. The Grantee may be asked to acknowledge, or agree to, separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider(s).
Stock Plan Administration and Service Providers. The Company may transfer the Chinese Holder’s data to one or more third party stock plan service providers based in the U.S., which may assist the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. Such service provider(s) may open an account for the Chinese Holder to receive and trade Stock. The Chinese Holder may be asked to acknowledge, or agree to, separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider(s).
Stock Plan Administration and Service Providers. The Company may transfer Personal Data to E*Trade Financial Services, Inc. and E*Trade Securities LLC (“E*Trade”), an independent service provider which is assisting the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. E*Trade may open an account for the Participant to receive and trade shares of Common Stock. The Participant may be asked to acknowledge, or agree to, separate terms and data processing practices with E*Trade, with such agreement being a condition to the ability to participate in the Plan.

Such service provider(s) may open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Vested Shares. The Participant may be asked to acknowledge, or agree to, separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider(s).

The Optionee understands that the Company will transfer Data to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Broadridge Corporate Issuer Solutions, a third-party stock plan administrator/broker (“Service Provider”), which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. The Optionee may be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Service Provider, with such agreement being a condition to the ability to participate in the Plan. Where required, the legal basis for the transfer of Data to the Service Provider is the Optionee’s consent.

The Grantee understands that the Company transfers Data to [Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC]1, a third- party stock plan administrator/broker (“Service Provider”), which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan and the Program. The Grantee may be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Service Provider, with such agreement being a condition to the ability to participate in the Plan and the Program. Where required, the legal basis for the transfer of Data to the Service Provider is the Grantee’s consent. (c)

The Grantee understands that the Company transfers Data to Solium Capital ULC, a third-party stock plan administrator/broker (“Service Provider”), which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. The Grantee may be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Service Provider, with such agreement being a condition to the ability to participate in the Plan. Where required, the legal basis for the transfer of Data to the Service Provider is the Grantee’s consent. (c)

Subject to clause (c) ‘International Data Transfers’ below, the Company may transfer Personal Data to Solium Shareworks (“Solium”), an independent service provider based (in relevant part) in the U.S., which is assisting the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. Solium may open an account for Participant to receive and trade Shares. Participant may be asked to acknowledge, or agree to, separate terms and data processing practices with Solium, with such agreement being a condition to the ability to participate in the Plan.
Stock Plan Administration and Service Providers. Participant understands that the Company transfers Data to Fidelity Stock Plan Services, a third-party stock plan administrator/broker (together with certain of its affiliates, the “Service Provider”), which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. Participant may be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Service Provider, with such agreement being a condition to the ability to participate in the Plan. Where required, the legal basis for the transfer of Data to the Service Provider is Participant’s consent.
