Common use of Risk of Loss and Title Clause in Contracts

Risk of Loss and Title. Title and risk of loss for Products shall pass to Buyer on delivery to the carrier at the TRW Plant, notwithstanding any provisions for payment of freight or insurance by TRW, or the form of shipping documents, or the breach or default by TRW at the time of loss. Title and risk of loss of Products sent to TRW for adjustment shall remain with Buyer until such are received by TRW.
