Risks of Superior Force. Each Borrower expressly assumes all risks of superior force, such that it shall be bound to timely execute each and every of its obligations under this Agreement notwithstanding the existence or occurrence of any event or circumstance constituting a superior force within the meaning of article 1693 of the Civil Code of Québec.
