Common use of Roads and Streets Clause in Contracts

Roads and Streets. 1. Grade and improve all roads and streets in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the Public Works Committee including off-site improvements necessary to provide such roads and streets, including grading and gravel, curb and gutter, and asphalt street improvements, as approved by the Public Works & Development Director or his designee and Public Works Committee as indicated in the plans and specifications on file with the Engineering Department.
