Common use of Role of Conservator Clause in Contracts

Role of Conservator. a. For individual residents who have a conservator, the conservator shall have the powers over the conservatee regarding medication, placement, and other general powers as provided by applicable law and by court order. b. County agrees that in the event individuals on conservatorship placed with Contractor are no longer conserved by County, Contractor shall be notified as to the change of conservatorship status. County shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the individual is transported, placed or assisted with placement outside of the location of Contractor facility(ies) County(ies) at the conclusion of the conservatorship. County agrees to continue case management responsibility for any client whose San Xxxx Obispo County conservatorship terminates while at Contractor’s facility.
