Maximum Client Days a. The County has a budget for services of this nature. Contractor expressly acknowledges and understands that the County’s budget is for all of County’s special services placements in Board & Cares, depending on the needs of the client, as decided by the sole discretion of the County. The Contractor expressly acknowledges and understands that the County will seek other placements, including, but not limited to, other licensed Board & Cares. The County may choose to place all of its clients in Contractor’s facility or none of County’s clients in Contractor’s facility. County will only be obligated for the number of client days actually used at the rates established herein. There are no oral amendments to this Contract. No County employee has the authority to bind the County by authorizing client days in excess of the limits stated in this Contract.

The Contractor expressly acknowledges and understands that the County will seek other placements, including, but not limited to, other licensed MHRC/IMDSNF/STP facilities. The County may choose to place all of its clients in Contractor’s facility or none of County’s clients in Contractor’s facility. County will only be obligated for the number of client days actually used at the rates established herein. There are no oral amendments to this Contract. Related to Maximum Client Days

  • Maximum Hours No employee shall be required to work more than twelve (12) hours per day, or for more than forty-eight (48) hours per week, unless mutually agreed otherwise by the Employer and the employee.

  • Work During Vacation Period No employee shall be required to work during the employee's vacation once the vacation request has been approved.

  • Maximum Contract Amount 4.4.1. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the City’s maximum payment obligation will not exceed ($_) (the “Maximum Contract Amount”). The City is not obligated to execute an agreement or any amendments for any further services, including any services performed by the Contractor beyond that specifically described in Exhibit A. Any services performed beyond those in Exhibit A or performed outside the Term are performed at the Contractor’s risk and without authorization under this Agreement.

  • Maximum Total Payment Including the reimbursable expenses shown above (if any), the maximum total payment under this Contract is $ ; this is a not-to-exceed amount, and the District will not pay more than this amount unless specifically agreed to in an amendment executed by the parties.

  • Minimum Hours All employees shall be paid their regular hourly rate for each hour worked except where employed for less than four (4) consecutive hours per day, in which event they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. An employee who is called for work and upon reporting finds that his or her services are not required shall receive two (2) hours pay.

  • Maximum Payment The maximum period or aggregate of periods of accident make-up pay to be made by an Employer will be a total of 39 weeks for any one injury.

  • Union Activity During Working Hours The Employer and the Union recognize that union representatives and stewards play an important role in effectuating the terms of this Agreement; however, both parties acknowledge that the duties undertaken as a union representative or xxxxxxx are in addition to the their job assignments. The Union shall notify the Department of Budget and Management in writing of the names of designated stewards and union representatives prior to them assuming any duties. Consistent with the operational needs of the Employer, the Employer shall grant time off with pay for designated stewards and union representatives, including reasonable travel time when necessary, to attend:

  • Support Hours 3.1. Standard Support Hours: Toll-free telephone support (0-000-000-0000 option #2) is available Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. EST to 8:00 p.m. EST. After- hours, holiday and weekend support for Severity 1 and Severity 2 issues is available by calling 0-000-000-0000, option #8.

  • After Hours PCPs and specialty Provider contracts shall provide coverage for their respective practices twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and have a published after hours telephone number; voicemail alone after hours is not acceptable.

  • Shift Hours All shifts assigned by the Employer must conform with the following guidelines:
