First Schedule Liquidated Damages
Fourth Schedule All petroleum as defined in the Xxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 on or below the surface of the land the subject of this lease is reserved to the Crown in right of the State of Western Australia with the right of the Crown in right of the State of Western Australia and any person lawfully claiming thereunder or otherwise authorised to do so to have access to the land the subject of this lease for the purpose of searching for and for the operations of obtaining petroleum (as so defined) in any part of the land. Alternate Schedules Employees working alternate schedules who are normally scheduled to work more than eight (8) hours on a day observed as a holiday may use vacation leave, compensatory time or leave without pay to make up the difference between the employee’s normally scheduled shift and the eight (8) hours of holiday pay.
Budget Schedule Subrecipient agrees that the expenditures of any and all funds under this Contract will be in accordance with the Budget Schedule, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment C, and which by this reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
GEOGRAPHIC AREA AND SECTOR SPECIFIC ALLOWANCES, CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant: Where the company does work which falls under the following headings, the company agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.
Wage Schedule The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

Wage Schedules The Parties shall, upon completing a wage adjustment calculation, forthwith prepare, publish, post and distribute a wage schedule resulting therefrom. The final determination of the wage schedules shall be issued no later than the 7th day of March or September, for the May and November adjustments, respectively.
PAYMENT AND INVOICE PROVISIONS An itemized invoice addressed to the ordering entity shall reference purchase order number, contract number, quantity, description, list and net unit price. Installation/Labor and any other ancillary charges will be shown as a separate line item on all quotes and invoices. Payment will be made in accordance with applicable State of Arkansas accounting procedures upon acceptance by the Agency. The State may not be invoiced in advance of delivery and acceptance of any commodity. Payment will be made only after the contractor has successfully satisfied the state agency as to the goods purchased. Contractor should invoice agency by an itemized list of charges. Purchase Order Number and/or Contract Number should be referenced on each invoice.
