Core Group definition

Core Group means the group constituted by Employer comprising senior officials of associated departments / agencies for discussions and providing prompt clearances for utility diversion / traffic diversion Proposals and day to day administrative decisions, for smooth execution of the Project.
Core Group means the Company and each of the Core Subsidiaries; and “Core Group Company” means any member of the Core Group;

Examples of Core Group in a sentence

  • The Developer and the Council shall establish a Core Group to manage the progress of the Development.

  • The Core Group shall have Core Group Meetings each Month (or more often in the case of urgent matters) to discuss: all material measures taken and stages reached by the Developer in performing its obligations under this Agreement; any material problems or delays affecting the Development; and the minutes of all principal site and other project team meetings of the Consultants and/or Contractor, and/or the Subcontractors.

Core Group means as defined in the Case Management Order: (a) the United States Trustee; (b) counsel to the Debtors, Kirkland & Ellis LLP; (c) counsel to the Committee, Pachulski and Miles; (d) counsel to the DIP Arranger and First Lien Administrative Agent; and (e) counsel to the agent for the Second Lien Lenders.
