Core Group definition

Core Group means the group constituted by Employer comprising senior officials of associated departments / agencies for discussions and providing prompt clearances for utility diversion / traffic diversion Proposals and day to day administrative decisions, for smooth execution of the Project.
Core Group means the Company and each of the Core Subsidiaries; and “Core Group Company” means any member of the Core Group;
Core Group means as defined in the Case Management Order: (a) the United States Trustee; (b) counsel to the Debtors, Kirkland & Ellis LLP; (c) counsel to the Committee, Pachulski and Miles; (d) counsel to the DIP Arranger and First Lien Administrative Agent; and (e) counsel to the agent for the Second Lien Lenders.

More Definitions of Core Group

Core Group means the core group established pursuant to clause 5.6; KPIs means the key performance indicators set out in the Brief for measurement of the Partners' performance developed in accordance with this Agreement;
