This Local Project Administrator shall abide by the guidance in the latest edition of MaineDOT’s Local Project Administration Manual & Reference Guide (“LPA Manual.”) If the certified administrator leaves the employment of the Municipality or ceases to oversee the Project, the Municipality shall stop work and notify the MaineDOT Project Manager.
