Common use of ROLE OF THE CONSULTANT Clause in Contracts

ROLE OF THE CONSULTANT. (a) The Consultant will provide administration of this Project Agreement as described in the Contract Documents during construction until issuance of the final certificate for payment, and subject to Section 8.1 and with Owner’s concurrence, from time to time until the completion of any correction of defects as provided in Article 35.

ROLE OF THE CONSULTANT.
