Co-ordination. 12.1 The Contractor shall co-ordinate his activities in the provision of the Services with all Personnel and other contractors engaged by the Authority, as required by the Authority.
Co-ordination. The Lessee shall, upon request by DMRC, co-operate in the co-ordination of the works with the work of any other persons to whose systems the facilities are to be connected, provided that such co-operation shall not empower the Lessee to unreasonably interfere with the carrying out of the works. The Lessee shall afford all reasonable opportunities for carrying out their work to:
i) the workmen of DMRC;
ii) any other persons employed by the DMRC and their workmen; and
iii) the workmen of any public authority who may be employed in the execution on or near the Leased Space(s) of any work not included in this Agreement, which DMRC may require.
Co-ordination. 3.1 The person named as your contact in the Proposal is responsible for co-ordinating all necessary arrangements relating to the Event with our Event Manager. During the Hire Period your and our Representatives shall both remain at the Venue and shall liaise in relation to the conduct of the Event. Your Representative must remain sober, on site and available at all reasonable times during the Hire Period.
3.2 You warrant that:
(a) the person named as your contact in the Proposal has authority to agree all aspects of the use of the Premises for the Event, and to agree amendments to the Proposal, with us from time to time; and
(b) your Representative has authority to ensure compliance by all Visitors with the requirements of the Agreement, and in particular with our instructions to safeguard the Premises and its contents.
3.3 You must ensure that all Visitors are aware of the relevant requirements of the Agreement, fully comply with them, and follow the instructions of our personnel.
3.4 We are entitled to be present at the Premises at all times. The entrance of the Premises will be staffed by our personnel throughout the Event. You will provide a representative to accompany them in order to identify Guests and other Visitors.
3.5 At least ten (10) working days prior to the Event, you must provide to us:
(a) a full list of Visitors must be provided to us at least ten (10) working days prior to the Event, in particular including details of any high-profile Guest(s) who may require additional security protection which you propose to arrange, or any special accommodation requirements; and
(b) a final draft of the Event programme (to the extent not already agreed with us) in order for us to confirm its conformity to the services we are able to offer (in particular as regards meal times).
3.6 We will not unreasonably refuse a request from you to increase or decrease the number of Guests from the number specified in the Proposal, provided that:
(a) the request is made in good time (and no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Event);
(b) we may require the payment of an additional Deposit in relation to increased numbers;
(c) no return of the Deposit will be made in relation to decreased numbers (although we may reduce the overall Fees in the Proposal).

Co-ordination. When several agencies for different sub works of the project are to work simultaneously on the project site, there must be full co-ordination between the contractors to ensure timely completion of the whole project smoothly. The scheduled dates for completion specified in each contract shall, therefore be strictly adhered to. Each contractor may make his independent arrangements for water, power, housing etc. if they so desire. On the other hand the Contractors are at liberty to come to mutual agreement on his behalf and make joint agreement with the approval of the Engineer. No contractor shall take or cause to take any steps or action that may cause destruction, discontent or disturbance to work, labour or arrangements etc. of other contractors in the project localities. Any action by any Contractors which the Engineer in his unquestioned discretion may consider as infringement of the above code would be considered as a breach of the contract conditions and shall be dealt with accordingly. In case of any dispute or disagreement between the various contractors, the Engineer's decision regarding the co-ordination, co-operation and facilities to be provided by any of the contractor shall be final and binding on the contractor concerned & such a decision shall not vitiate any contract nor absolve the contractor of his obligations under the contract nor form the grounds for any claim or compensation.

(a) coordinate and get or expedite any necessary approval and clearances relating to the work from any Government or Semi-Government Agency, Department or Authority, and other concerned organisation named in the SC.
(b) coordinate with any other consultants employed by him.

Co-ordination. 11.1 The parties’ respective Representatives are responsible for co-ordinating all necessary arrangements relating to the event. The hirer's representative must be available at all reasonable times during the hire period.
11.2 The hirer's representative is responsible for agreeing all aspects of the use of the venue for the event with the licensor’s representative and the hirer confirms and warrants that the hirer's representative has complete authority to ensure compliance by all visitors with this agreement and with any request by the licensor or its representative for the purpose of safeguarding the premises and its contents.
11.3 The licensor shall be entitled to be present at the venue at all times.
11.4 The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all visitors are aware of the provisions of this agreement, to the extent that they are relevant, that they comply fully with them and follow the reasonable and lawful instructions of the licensor (whether acting through its representative or other authorised representative).
Co-ordination. 28.1 The Contractor acknowledges that the Project involves a number of separate design and/or construction contracts and that it is necessary for the design and construction of the Permanent Works and the Temporary Works to be co-ordinated with the design and construction of that part of the Project being undertaken by Relevant Authorities and Project Contractors.
Co-ordination. 5.1 The Commission Coordinator will, on behalf of DNP, liaise and co-ordinate with the Artist regarding the performance of this Agreement.
5.2 The Artist agrees to consult and co-operate with the Commission Coordinator to resolve and manage all issues arising under this Agreement.
Co-ordination. In carrying out their functions under this Agreement, the Contracting Parties and the Operating Agent shall, as appropriate, co-ordinate their activities with those under other Agency Implementing Agreements as well as with those of other competent bodies in order to avoid duplication and enjoy mutual benefits from existing resources and expertise.
