ROLE OF XXXXXXX IN DISCIPLINE. When supervision has determined that a worker is to be disciplined, the xxxxxxx shall be informed. The xxxxxxx shall be given the opportunity to be present at interviews concerned with such discipline unless the worker objects. If the xxxxxxx is unavailable, the University and the Union shall follow the procedure set forth in §2.6 (Substituting for Stewards) of this Agreement.
