Common use of Roof Water Clause in Contracts

Roof Water. The Developer/Owner agrees that roof water drainage from any Building shall be directed via downspouts discharging via splash pads (concrete or other suitable material) to grass surfaces. These splash pads shall extend a distance at least 1.2 metres away from the Building and must direct flow away from the Building, not onto walks or driveways, and not towards adjacent property.
