Room Change Requests. a. Residents may only change rooms with permission from UH and room changes typically will not take place in the first two weeks or last two weeks of any academic term. b. No room changes will occur if the requesting resident’s University account is not paid in full or if the resident does not have an up to date payment plan in effect, unless the move ends a temporary assignment. The daily rate may be charged for more than one assigned space if a resident fails to properly checkout (see section 15).
